1、 Business card printing specification and process

2. 2、 Common manufacturing process of smart card:

1. White PVC material can be used to make the surface into frosted, smooth or matte effect; It can also be made into translucent and completely transparent transparent materials;

2. It can be made into square, round and any other irregular shape, such as key buckle, door forbidden card, etc;

3. The standard thickness of contact IC card (chip outside) is 0.84mm, the standard thickness of ID and M1 card (chip invisible) is 0.84 to 1.0mm, and other thicknesses need a special edition.

4. The standard size of the card is 85.5mm * 54mm, with rounded corners. It can also be made into other sizes;

5. The card can be printed on one or both sides, using silk screen printing, offset printing (CMYK four-color printing) or silk plus offset printing;

6. The background color of the card can be made into imitation gold or imitation silver, that is, gold and silver;

7. Gold powder and silver powder can be sprinkled on the card, and the effect is glittering after printing;

8. You can add a signature strip or tablet (an area where you can write manually), and the signature strip includes white sign, gray sign, transparent sign and flower sign (pattern sign);

9. Laser code can be printed (smart card needs to be printed, this process is recommended)

10. It can be embossed with gold or silver; The number of the card can be arranged in order, or you can call personalized and irregular numbers (because there are coils in the smart card)

11. The text / pattern can be ironed on the card through the full-automatic bronzing machine. It is usually ironed into gold / silver, as well as green gold, blue gold, red gold and other colors;

13. Circular holes or strip holes can be punched on ordinary cards; Grinding tools are required for other holes;

14. You can pass UV oil and print the enterprise logo, focusing on the advantages of the enterprise;
