Metal card (gold card and silver card): there are two processes: oil card and corrosion card.

Corrosion card is to directly corrode the graphics and concave convex effect of gold card on the substrate, and finally electroplate the color of gold card through electroplating.

Commonly used production process: frosted shading electrophoresis with spot color background, electrophoretic coloring dot, gold-plated laser shading, gold-plated fine dot, white plating, pure silver plating, gold-plated frosted shading, etc.

Specification of metal card manufacturing process:

1. Size: there are three common types, 85mm * 4mm, 80mm * 0mm and 76mm * 4mm. Special shaped cards of other shapes and sizes can also be made according to customer requirements. (but the price shall be calculated separately)

2. Thickness: the commonly used thickness is 0.35mm, which can also be 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, etc.

3. Color: the text and pattern can be embossed gold effect, or wrapped with gold / silver edge after computer color silk screen printing, or can be used as color gold card. 4. Lace: it can be selected from our lace library or designed arbitrarily.

5. Shading: select from the shading Library of our company (or according to the sample card), such as frosted pattern / cloth pattern / flash pattern, etc

6. Code: it can be printed separately (also known as flat code), corrosion convex code, corrosion concave code and concave convex code. The convex code will break, and "4" can be skipped.

7. The gold card signature strip can write and sign normally.

	Flat code / convex code / scratched code are divided by the concave convex degree of card number, and the one with the deepest concave is	Scraping code, convex code and scraping code will break code.
