1、 Specification and process of PVC card

1. International Standard Specification of business card printing: 85.5 * 54 * 0.76mm (length x width x thickness); (the same thickness and material as ordinary bank cards).

2. Common manufacturing processes: frosting, matte surface, gold bottom, silver bottom, flashing gold, flashing silver, bronzing, silver ironing, laser gold / silver ironing, mirror gold / silver ironing, magnetic strip, signature strip, UV oil

2、 Common production process of membership card:

1. White PVC material can be used to make the surface into frosted, smooth or matte effect; It can also be made into translucent and completely transparent transparent materials;

2. It can be made into square, round and other irregular shapes;

3. The thickness of the card is from 0.36mm to 1.0mm; Except for the thickness of 0.76mm, special edition is required for others;

4. The standard size of the card is 85.5mm * 54mm, rounded or right angle, and can also be made into other sizes;

5. The card can be printed on one or both sides, using silk screen printing, offset printing (CMYK four-color printing) or silk plus offset printing;

6. The background color of the card can be made into imitation gold or imitation silver, that is, gold and silver;

7. You can sprinkle gold powder and silver powder on the card to print the glittering effect of gold and silver;

8. Ordinary magnetic stripe, high anti magnetic stripe and Kur magnetic stripe can be added as required;

9. You can add a signature strip or tablet (an area where you can write manually), and the signature strip includes white sign, gray sign, transparent sign and flower sign (pattern sign);

10. You can type a convex code, and the card number can be arranged in order, or you can type a personalized and irregular number; The convex code can be bronzed or silver;

11. It can print various types of bar codes (explicit and implicit codes) (commonly 128 format, 39 format, etc.);

12. Different numbers, pin codes or characters can be sprayed on each card with a code spraying machine;

13. Characters / patterns can be ironed on the card through a full-automatic bronzing machine, usually into gold / silver, as well as green gold, blue gold, red gold and other colors;

14. You can spray code on the card and cover it with scraping strips (commonly used for recharge card, telephone card, lottery card, etc.);

15. Circular holes or strip holes can be drilled on the card, and other holes need to be drilled with abrasives;

16. You can pass UV oil and print the enterprise logo, focusing on the advantages of the enterprise;

17. You can put a protective film on the card

Convex code, also known as "convex code", is divided into "large convex code" and "small convex code". The convex card number surface can be bronzed or silver.	Signature strips are divided into "White Signature strips" and "pattern signature strips". Pattern signature strips are also called "personalized signature strips".
Flat code / inkjet code (card number). The card number is black, printed and sprayed. Other colors require a large amount, and the size of the card number can be customized.	Magnetic stripe: magnetic stripe is divided into "ordinary low diamagnetism" and "high diamagnetism". Low diamagnetism is commonly used in China, including black and coffee
Bar code: common bar codes include "39 code / 128 code / 13 code". Dumb card and transparent card can only be sprayed with bar code, while sanding card cannot be added with bar code.	Bronzing / silver stamping refers to the later processing and ironing of gold or silver words or patterns on the surface of the card.
Hot mirror gold / mirror silver / laser gold / laser silver, the color changes infinitely from different angles, making the card look more high-grade.	Flashing gold / silver / gold and silver background refers to the effect of flashing gold powder or silver powder on the bottom picture of the card.
Scratch music / password card, like mobile phone recharge card, after spraying a series of account numbers / passwords, cover the password area with coating.	Matte / sanding / transparent material. The surface of the sanding card has a rough feel. The transparent card can be used for semi transparent and fully transparent characters and patterns.
Round holes / strip holes can be drilled on each card according to the needs of customers, and other shapes need to be molded separately.	Non standard card / special shape card refers to the irregular shape of the card, which is inconsistent with the shape of the normal standard card, and the mold planting card shall be opened.
