Layout requirements Document size: less than 10MB, which is convenient for online transmission. And attached with picture format documents to confirm that the transmission of the source documents is complete. Standard card finished product size: 85.5 x 54mm, bleeding position 1.5mm on each side, document typesetting size: 88.5 x 57mm. It is normal that the cutting deviation is within 1mm, and the distance between the text content and the cutting line shall not be less than 3mm, so as not to affect the effect of layout design. The line width shall not be less than 0.076mm to prevent film printing from being difficult to appear.
Color processing Document color mode: four-color CMYK mode, the color block or background color filled with monochrome dot shall not be less than 10%, and the text or line filled with monochrome dot shall not be less than 50%. For color standards, please refer to the four-color CMYK color matching manual. The color of the display screen cannot be accurate. As the four-color CMYK color matching manual is printed on paper, it is normal for the printing color of PVC card to have a large color difference, which cannot be used as a reason for return. In order to better display the printing color, the background color or color block shall avoid dot filling in four-color CMYK as far as possible to reduce the occurrence of color difference. Note: 1. When the printing machine is printing in C / M / Y / K, it is normal that the upper and lower error points of various color values are within 10%, which shall not be used as a reason for return. Printing will have a certain color difference; When the same document is printed in different times, the color will be different every time it is printed; Color difference between front and back; The same box of cards may also have color differences, which are normal phenomena of printing. 2. The printing color cannot be based on the color displayed on the display. The colors produced by different color description files of each display and printer are different. Please read the C / M / Y / K value with straw tool and refer to the special printing chromatography to compare the colors. 3. If the r.g.b mode or Pantone is used to mark the color in the document, the color will deviate or jump to black when converting C / M / Y / K. therefore, please be sure to use C / M / Y / K to mark the color. If you entrust our company to handle the conversion, our company will not be responsible for the color error. 4. If you have a sample card, we will focus on the color of the sample card. When printing, try to be close to the color of the sample card, but not 100%. 5. During printing, friction will occur on the card surface during machine operation, and the scratches are normal (especially black is obvious). Other matters
